Workshop times Saturday 10am-5pm (7pm eve meal) & Sunday 10am-4pm  Workshop Fee £190

Are you needing some quality time away to stop, review life, connect to yourself and be enriched by sharing with other women?

Sometimes, in life, we get caught in our busy schedules or ‘safe routines’ and lose sight of stopping to think what we might want. Life events (divorce, children leaving home, pending retirement) can also be a time of great uncertainty, leaving us unclear how to move forward.

This workshop is purposefully small in number and will be suitable for women in a variety of different life situations who would like to stop for a while and reconnect to self.

Workshop Room

The venue has been chosen to suit women who live locally and also those who live further afield and need access to good accommodation.

Working in a small group of women can be a supportive place to reflect and hear different perspectives.

During the weekend, I will facilitate structured exercises, guide personal visualisations and be part of the group discussions that evolve as we share our thoughts and stories.

You will hopefully return home feeling more focused, relaxed and enriched as you move forward.

The weekend is not a therapy group but a personal development workshop. Please contact me if you need any further clarification about the difference.

Following the workshop

  • A certificate of attendance/continual professional development (C.P.D. hours) can be issued on request after the weekend
  • This workshop runs every 6 months, so it can be a place to use as a regular place to be or as a stand alone experience.
  • Sandra hopes to also offer a facilitated support space every few months post group for reflection, connection and focus (this would be a 90 minute and on online) for those that wish but this is not conditional on attending the workshop

Bridport and West Bay We will meet in the delightful market town of Bridport, which sits just over a mile away from the stunning landscape of the southwest coastal path and the peaceful sea of West bay.            If you can, why not treat yourself to an extended stay for a night or 2 after the workshop as there is much to explore in the town or coastal path

Bridport is a lovely town with many cafés and restaurants. It holds its historic market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Lunchtime will therefore provide a chance to explore its riches and buy lunch from one of the many café’s or take away outlets!

Travel and Parking the venue offers ample parking for day residents or those who are staying the at the hotel

For those who don’t live locally, Bridport is only about an hour drive from Exeter for those wishing to travel daily

Meal times Outside the workshop times, we will meet together Saturday evening to enjoy each others company at the local Mexican restaurant. £10 deposit is required for us to secure the table which can be paid via the booking form and your meal will be paid for on the night. The menu can be found

On Sunday lunchtime people can spend time on their own or I can arrange a buffet lunch  for those that want to eat at the hotel. An example of the buffet menu is available on request from the hotel (but be aware that gets regularly updated). Pre ordering via the booking form.
